Weekend Cost

Unfortunately life isn't free (a shame, really), so we've compiled all the information y'all will need in order to best prepare for all the activities our celebration will hold!

We will be using an app called SplitWise for the weekend in order to efficiently manage / split costs. Download the app on your phone and then click the link below to join the group - Erika's Bachelorette!

Cost Breakdown

The total cost for 3 nights at the Airbnb was $3,322.89 (paid originally by Erika). We check-in at 4p on Thursday, 8/17 and leave by 10a on Sunday, 8/20.

That puts the cost for each bachelorette at $332.28.

We all know Erika, so we all know she loves to get some movement in as often as she can! We have a private yoga class booked for all the girls at 10:15a on Friday, 8/18.

This cost comes out to $50/person.

If you'd like to opt out for any reason, just let Anna know.

On Saturday, 8/19, we have an at-home Hibachi chef coming to cook dinner for us all! Each meal includes a choice of 2 proteins, ginger dressing salad, mixed vegetables, and fried rice.

Anna will need to text Mr Hibachi each person's order by 8/15.

This cost comes out to $65/person (includes tip).

We'll be spending 6 hours on a boat on Saturday, 8/19.

The booking is for 4 hours for a total of $594.03, but we're adding an additional 2 hours at $100/hr.

The cost for the boat does not include the captain's fee, which will be $30/hr (discounted from regular $50/hr).

Cost per person: $108.25

Total

Currently, the rough estimate for the out-of-pocket cost per person is $555.53.

We will be buying groceries and having snacks and lunches at home for any meal that's not planned in the itinerary, so we'll be splitting that cost as well.

We ask that you send $250 to Erika (@erikabanderson) via Venmo as a way of officially RSVP'ing for the weekend as soon as possible.

Please send the remainder of the owed balance ($555.53 minus your deposit paid) to Erika by Wednesday, 8/16.
